What you didn't mention Dr Leach, is the USDA allowing Monsanto's pollution of the food supply with genetically modified produce; ultimately these food stuffs don't support our genome! I would like to see you publish a treatise on this issue. Thank you!

I just have to contradict the statement that breastfeeding 'literally sucks the life right out of you'' i suffered hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnancy, hyper vomiting. I was 57kgs at full term, and im 5 foot 7. I breastfed for three years and photos in my sons early months show me absolutely glowing as my vitality improved. Sleep deprivation thru not cosleeping is what zaps a woman! When ur breastfeeding ur body actually changes to absorb more nutrients. More facts? A bfing woman has high prolactin levels- a stress fighting hormone, oxytocin-a calming hormone. Whats more, all the while a mother breastfeeds, her bones are remineralised, reducing the chance of osteoporosis. Apart from that, i got a lot from this article, although i believe we are created so perfectly amazingly well, not evolved.
